Born in Nampa and raised on a farm in the Treasure Valley, Cindy moved to New Meadows with her husband to get back to a slower pace of life. They worked on her father's mint farm for 8 years before getting into construction. Cindy drove commercial trucks for 17 years, first working in a concrete plant and then for Centerline Construction. Her husband owns Idaho Flatwork, Inc, specializing in concrete work but also in general carpentry. Cindy first became interested in real estate as a means for investing, and worked as an Agent in Nampa for 6 years before relocating to New Meadows. Cindy particularly enjoys helping first time home buyers and selling large tracks of land, which is probably nostalgia for her farming days.
