As a highly motivated Real Estate Agent, I greatly value and recognize the trust that buyers and sellers have placed in me to help them achieve their goals in a smooth and fulfilling process. Growing up beside my father, who is a builder, and being married to a contractor, I amassed an incredible wealth of knowledge of the residential and commercial construction processes and always desired to venture into the industry to help clients make their real estate experience a positive, rewarding, and financially satisfying one.
As a resident of the North Idaho Area, I love exploring my community’s natural gems with my clients, and I find each neighborhood area to have its unique charm. Determined to help them navigate the complex and competitive market with ease, I leverage my extensive knowledge of the local market to guide, advise and educate clients, empowering them to make well-informed financial decisions. I seek to draw on my over 5 years of experience working for a large Real Estate company in the accounting department to help buyers find their dream homes within their budget range and assist sellers in marketing their properties for top dollar. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the smile and the look of satisfaction on a client’s face after a successful closing.
As a full-time agent, I seek to walk with my clients from the start to closing and even after transactions, communicating with them regularly and being available 24/7 to answer any questions they may have. I am reputable for my excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, hard work, and enthusiasm. These attributes will allow me to earn my clients’ trust, build strong and lasting professional relationships and work with happy and satisfied clients.
When I am not busy pursuing my clients’ goals, I enjoy spending time with my loving husband and our 2 athletic boys. I love hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, reading to keep up with ever-changing market trends, and volunteering in my community.
