What we really liked about Brooke was that she was not pushy or high pressure. We had another realtor before Brooke and he was very pushy, calling and texting us even after we told him we had found someone else. Brooke patiently showed us houses that we would never buy so that we could narrow down what would work for us. She was frank and came accross as genuine. Our kids are looking for a condo on the lake and they have told other realors that they are working with Brooke because they know how we were treated. We can't thank her enough.
