Welcome to Sandpoint! You will never want to leave.
Hi my name is Michelle Sadewic. Born and raised in Portland Oregon my husband and I spent several years in Bend Oregon before deciding we wanted to raise our family in a small town. After looking around the Pacific Northwest we made our way across Long Bridge in 2000 and never looked back.
My background is in Mortgage Lending and my husband Craig and I have invested in Real Estate since 1995. I transitioned from lending to Realtor in 2008 and have enjoyed every minute. The challenges and rewards in helping a first time homebuyer or a seasoned investor are priceless. Being a full time Realtor I pride myself on being available whenever necessary staying current in an everchanging market conditions and having experience in many facets of the business.
I am a proud Mom to two amazing teenagers. (no really they are great) I spend my free time either on horseback or dirt bikes trying to keep up with them. An Equestrian who’s dream is to make it the Olympic games before age 80 I have a special interest in equestrian properties and have had the pleasure of selling some amazing horse facilities around our area. An active 4H leader and want-to-be runner I enjoy all four seasons of Sandpoint as I know you will too.

Michelle knew the area and the market and advised us expertly. She kept us informed and constantly appraised of new listings. When we asked for more info, she unflinchingly dug for the data we asked for. She also knew what we needed to know, even if we didn’t!
We were only able to visit the area a few weekends during the months of our search, so having Michelle in our corner was very reassuring.
