I’m a first time home buyer and I owe Huge thanks to Greg and everyone involved! Me and Greg had been looking for a house together for more than a year! Toured many many houses. Through all of them Greg did an amazing job informing me with his past experiences on similar houses and the pros and cons if the house was a right fit for me. If it wasn’t for him giving me valid judgment on the houses I would have 10/10 been stuck with a house I regretted. He was always looking out for me considering how many bids we put in and got denied or lost them. The anxiousness was there, but he made sure I was making the right decision instead of making me impulse buy for the quick sale. It doesn’t end there with him looking out for me. So we had finally found a house that was perfect! Till last minute it was not. It needed some work that Greg and our attorney made 100% sure it would get done. Greg had my back & will have yours too!
