Ronald is a licensed Real Estate Broker who has been in the real estate field for over 8 years.He has worked primarily in the commercial area both in the City of Chicago and in the suburbs. His expertise is in retail – leasing and sales; office – leasing and sales; and industrial – leasing. He is also experienced in international real estate, and has worked with both inbound international clients seeking investment and residential properties in the United States and outbound US clients seeking investment and second home properties. He holds the CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) from the National Association of REALTORS®.Before joining Century 21 S.G.R., Inc., he worked for the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® devoted to commercial investment brokerage as their Director of International Programs/Operations, and later was on the staff of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as Manager of Business Specialties for the commercial and international areas.Ronald has a B.A. Degree in Education from State University of New York at Oswego, and a M.A. Degree in Educational Administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
