Laura was an outstanding realtor. She was very proactive with open houses and was also very informative on feedback from prospective buyers. The house sold relatively quick for it being wintertime, and the weather did not deter Laura at all from showing the house and meeting people.
After the sale, there was an issue with repairs needed before closing. Laura went above and beyond to find a local contractor and see the extensive repairs all the way through to completion in order to meet the buyers needs. She was very patient with the contractors and that was a good example to follow.
Laura is very positive and enthusiastic, and I would definately recommend her to anyone hoping to sell their home or property....
