Robert insisted that we walk every inch of the group of properties that were up for consideration. We walked every inch, and im talking not just every room, but the crawl spaces, exterior, every inch of the property. By doing so this set me up for a successfull purchase. I negotiatied the price based on several items that were uncovered during this process. If this had been skipped I would have overpaid for the properties. I feel the sale price was fair for both parties, after the negotiations. Without the thoroughness, I might have overpaid and then had to pay out of pocket on some costly repairs. A good realtor can save you money in the long run!
