I am from out of town and met Loren though family ties. My first meeting with him was not only comfortable but he was very professional in his approach to helping me learn about the property and area. He answered or sort out answers to my questions and anticipated more than once my concerns about taking on a home purchase in another state. He was low key, amiable and always made himself available when requested. He outlined the purchase process and made it easy for me to accomplish the purchase from afar.
PS: He also is a good listener, as he was told what we were looking for in a house purchase and found the perfect one for us, could I ask for anything more!!!!!!
