Kali is an exceptional person, especially when we needed answers to a lot of questions, she gave all the answers we needed to the best of her ability. Most importantly, she knew we would need an homeowners insurance policy for the property and her mom works with one such company but she never asked us or told us to go to her until we asked. Even then, she did not disclose that was her mom because I believe she didn't want us to feel obligated to use the mom! That was very remarkable of her and even after the purchase, she still helps us with our needs in relation to the property.
