If people do a good job, I give them "satisfactory" ratings. Monica was really above average to way beyond expectations.

I've used Monica for selling and buying of two past homes. At all times, she worked efficiently to meet my needs. I highly recommend her.

This was a difficult sale. When we listed it was rented and had to deal with tenants. The house was built in 1937 and was in decent condition but not perfect. There were repairs requested by the bank as conditions for the loan. As an out of state seller, it was not possible for me to complete these tasks. Monica was able to use her local connections to complete these tasks prior to our closing date....
