About me and how I got there:
In 2017, my husband and I purchased our “vacation” house on the Lake of Egypt and we fell in love with our lake life community and the Southern Illinois area. We soon found that long weekends at the lake were just not enough for us, and in 2019, we decided to retire and sell our home in Saint Louis. We lived in an RV in the driveway at the lake for a whole year while we converted our camp/vacation home into our forever dream home.
I have a Bachelor of Science – Accounting from Michigan State University and a M.B.A. from LeMoyne College in New York. Prior to becoming a real estate broker for Century 21 House of Realty, I held various financial management positions with a shopping mall developer in Northeastern US and then 28 years with Anheuser-Busch, retiring as Director of Metals Procurement and Logistics in 2019.
During my 28 years employed at Anheuser-Busch, I relocated several times and grew to appreciate the skills and knowledge of my real estate agents. The best agents studied the market trends and assisted me in “right pricing” homes I sold. They listened and understood my requirements, were knowledgeable of the listings in the area, considerate of my time, and presented only qualified listings for my consideration. In 2017, it was a Century 21 agent that provided my husband and I exceptional service in locating and purchasing our dream location on Lake. I decided at that time that I would join the team of professionals at Century 21, the industry leader, to assist others to make their real estate dreams come true.
