When we were looking for a broker we had dealt with a couple of others before we ended up going with century 21and they were somewhat rude or not accommodating. Our friend works part time at century 21 kima properties and when we called Brian picked up and was extremely polite and willing to work with us.
Brian was awesome throughout the whole process for us and is my recommendation to anyone I find who is looking for a house.

Brian was very easy to work with. He has a fantastic personality– very down to earth and knowledgeable. He is good with communication about showings and feedback from prospective buyers.

We are very satisfied with Brian and glad we listed our home with him. Other local agents wanted to price our home at $60,000.00 less and "hope" they could start a bidding war with prospective buyers. We were 100 percent against this approach. The agent said he was afraid to price our home at a fair market price because there weren't enough comps in our area.. we told him to do his research and he brought us prior sales of homes that were not comparisons. So, we stared to list it on our own but I met Brian at a property he was selling. I was impressed with Brian...he's honest, straight-forward and I soon found out he was willing to put in the market research to earn our trust and eventually our listing. I knew Brian was the right fit for us and I even listed my parents house with him. Brian found many comps for both homes and sold my parents house within 2 days. Our home sold after four showings and took just six weeks.. Brian is a hard worker. Nobody's better! He is #1!
