Debi Shapiro was excellent throughout the entire process. Very professional and knowledgeable about the area, and always got back to me through text, phone call or e-mail in a timely manner. I didn't live close to the property being sold, but I was always able to get ahold of her. The house was being sold because the owner had died from pancreatic cancer. I bought my house in 2006 and then had to move out of state unexpectedly in 2007. I reached out to Debi that year, but unfortunately the housing took a deep dive that year and we decided we couldn't afford to sell our house and were trying to save our credit and not foreclose. So we rented it for 9 years. Debi kept in contact me each of those 9 years, so when we were able to sell, it was only natural that we list the house with Debi. She had an unbelievable commitment to a potential client. There was nothing in it for her. The house wasn't huge or expensive, so I'm sure the commission wasn't that great. That's when you know you have a commitment to service. It isn't just about this one little house. She was dedicated, her follow through was incredible, and she knows the business inside and out. She knew what we needed to upgrade when our tenant tore our house up and what we could "get by with". Incredibly satisfied. By the way, I had never met Debi in person until 2016. Our contacts were via phone or email. She made such a strong impression. If you are considering an agent, you won't go wrong with this Debi Shapiro and Team. The commission paid out was worth every penny! Amazing effort.
