Lindsay is always available. She knows half the battle in this market is getting to see the house fast and getting the offer in fast. She works quick, efficient and always makes time for the client day/night. She listens well and knew exactly what I was looking for. Without Lindsay I don't think I would be in my house now. She is a real estate rock star.

Lindsay came highly recommended from my sister and that held a lot of weight. I had thought that a realtor wasn't really that important in the process prior, but I was very mistaken and it had cost me. So after my previous bad experience, I decided to listen to my sister and go with Lindsay who I cannot stress enough how highly my sister recommended her. So the personal connection was a huge factor.
She was just as my sister advertised, thoughtful, helpful, communicative. She is exactly what I want in a realtor. She listened to me, but also took initiative when she needed to. She communicated fantastically, was able to work in the time frames I needed, and she did it all with a positive attitude that is rarely found. When I need to look for a new place I will be calling Lindsay and hoping she can be my realtor, because she was truly great to work with. I can't thank her enough for doing such an incredible job.
Well, I kind of put all this in my last part, whoops. Just to reiterate slightly, Lindsay was incredibly polite, got back to me very quickly, and was pretty much everything I could want in my realtor. On that note, she was very professional, but also knew when to be casual. It made it very easy to talk to her. Again, I could go all day talking about how easy she made this process and how thankful I was to work with her.
