Amisha went above and beyond from getting the house ready to put on market to finding a reasonable price for the house. She remained poised, questioning, communicative, suggesting resolution with buyer backing off to assessing the buyers ability to buy, coordinating with lender, attorney, buyers agent. She helped running around to fix little things that came up during inspection at minimal cost through her contacts - that was sweet, not part of her job. Pointing to the right attorney and guiding communications with them helped move things faster. In spite of complications that arouse in the sale, her experience, contacts, prompt action, communication and guidance helped a lot. She is amazing!...
