Amanda has worked overtime twice for our family to buy a beautiful home! The first time we knew she was a rock star so we had to work with her and her team again. We loved our home but we were expanding quicker than expected so we were on the hunt for a larger property. The second time around she did not disappoint. My daughter previously worked with Amanda when she bought her property in 2021. When my daughter, who is also in the mortgage industry, learned I was being taken advantage of by another realtor, she assisted me in ending the relationship and connected me with Amanda and her team. Amanda worked closely with us and explained the correct processes for how the sale, assisted me in properly listing my property, and facilitated open houses while we continued to clear our personal belongings out. She listened patiently with care to our worries and offered sincere and factual advise, guidance and solutions. If we came across an item that was new, Amanda and he team would research it promptly and either text and call us as quickly as possible to let us know what hat we needed to do. Our situation was overwhelming, emotional, frustrating, challenging and overall just one obstacle after another in a short time. But Amanda and her team helped our family out of a potentially disastrous and devastating loss should have we continued with the first realtor.
