Dave Weinart is the best realtor I have ever worked with. It was a year and a half ordeal trying to sell my condo while also trying to find the dream home. There were so many questions that Dave answered without hesitation and with great inside that really appreciated. He took the time to go to every property and go over the pros and cons. He really does care about his clients at wants for them. After all the paperwork and finally signing I feel very confident in my purchase.
