Throughout my career, I have helped many Military Families and acted as their advocate in purchasing and selling their homes whether they are local or out of state. Considering that my father served in the military, I am passionate about working with military members and their families. I am a very loyal agent that believes that honesty and integrity are integral attributes for all Real Estate Professionals. Excellent service is making sure that my client's interests are always taken into account and educating them on what to expect throughout the whole process. This includes market evaluation analysis, writing offers, presenting and negotiating contracts. I also provide direction if needed with Home Inspections, Real Estate Attorneys and Mortgage Lenders. I hold the designations of Accredited Distressed Property Representative (ADPR), focused on short sales and foreclosures, Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) focusing on representing the real estate buyer, and have been awarded the Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) certified in staging your property. Being part of the C21 Relocation Department provides a special skill set to help you buy or sell your home. I have earned several certificates working with veterans.
