If you're selling or buying a house, I would highly recommend Jennifer Fernandez to be your agent. She is honest, hard working and a huge asset to be in your corner. She doesn't push you to do anything that you wouldn't want. She respects that at the end of the day it's your decision. If you need help with something she's right on top of it. She was even willing to cut my grass because I had already moved and was worried about it. Never before have I ever had an agent offer to help me with personal situations.
