The client made a request for me to reduce the price. Mark told the client that we could not reduce the price any more than what we had stated and it was sold to this particular client. I assume that being in the real estate business Mark was aware that the property was worth what we sold it for.
I would recommend Mark to anyone who would like to sell property because he was pleasant to deal with, He seems to know his business well and He is open to questions that we had.
