Joshua Fix
For as long as I can remember, I've had a fascination with not only how things are built, but how people experience architecture and design via our senses and imagination. My interest in design led me to study art history and architecture in college before returning to the Midwest and calling Bloomington home again. With several years of residential property management under my belt, I'm thrilled to apply my experience, customer relations skills, and knowledge of real estate as a member of the Shadday Realty Group. I look forward to working with YOU on your exciting real estate goals and ventures! Balancing a pragmatic approach with a dreamer's personality, I promise to meet my client's needs while surpassing their expectations in the best ways possible. My philosophy is that while buying or selling a home is one of life's key milestones, the magnitude of the process should not overshadow the wonder and excitement at the opportunities you are about to embark on! When not working, I serve as secretary on the MLS board of directors for the Bloomington Board of Realtors, Inc and have served as chair of the Board's Social Events Committee. You can find me perfecting my culinary skills in the kitchen, enjoying a long run, or reading about the myriad of things that I find interesting.
