For over 20 years, I have called Bloomington home. While attending Indiana University, I fell in love with all the city had to offer – from my favorite Hoosier sporting events, to Bloomington's cultural amenities, outdoor activities, and so much more. After nearly a decade of working in higher education at both Indiana University and Ivy Tech Community College, I switched gears to real estate, and I am proud to be a part of CENTURY 21 Scheetz.
Having developed a sharp eye from my experience in new home construction and remodeling (while working with my father in my early working years), I am excited to find you the home of your dreams or sell your property to someone who is looking for that perfect home. I have always been active in the community, having connections to all kinds of people and businesses within the greater Bloomington area. My extensive volunteer efforts over the years have earned me great distinction and further solidify my warm and genuine ties to the community. Earning “Program of the Year” by Indiana University's Commission on Multicultural Understanding, my “Friday Night Bagels” program connected people from both the Indiana University community and the Bloomington area. My work with WFHB Community Radio, along with winning their “2017 Volunteer of the Year” award, attests to my quality of work and degree of devotion to the tasks I undertake.
Among my other activities, I serve as Chair for the Bloomington/Monroe County Human Rights Commission, and the City of Bloomington Traffic Commission, serve as a director for the Bloomington Board of REALTORS Board of Directors, and also serve as chair for the board's Government Affairs Committee, serve as a liaison to the Bloomington Economic Development Corporation, and the Owen County Economic Development Corporation, and serve as a Chamber Captain for the Owen County Chamber of Commerce.
When I'm not volunteering or helping my clients, I enjoy hiking with my partner, Josh, our Pomeranian, Brody, reading, attending Hoosier sporting events (and tailgating... the IU football past time), travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Ryne was recommended by an old friend who knew the kind of realtor I wanted, and once I met him, I trusted him instantly. I had a ticking-clock restraint on the house search (I had a temporary non-renewable lease while I sold my old house and looked for a new one), and Ryne absorbed my anxieties and demands like a total professional. The whole process was lovely. I landed in exactly the right house and my dogs have the big fenced yard they have always wanted. All around, just perfect.
