Arif Kheiri literally went well above and beyond what we would have ever expected from a real estate agent. He gave us a detailed plan of how to proceed to make the house suitable for sale after it had been rented for 2 years prior. He then arranged for all of that work to be done, and helped secure the contractors. He left no stone unturned in ensuring that the house was ready for sale. He guided us carefully through the entire process, including with counter-offers and the inspection reports. We cannot recommend him enough for how dedicated he is to his clients and really goes the extra mile (more like 10 miles) to ensure the best outcome for all involved.
