Emmelean is personable, communicates very well verbally and in written form, listens well, displayed excellent knowledge of the selling process and the more technical and legal aspects of real estate transactions, and at all times presented herself in a professional manner. Emmelean handled not only all the big stuff but all the little stuff very well keeping the transaction on track and moving forward to completion. She led me through the sale and marketing process and the time line of the sale including: staging, pre-listing, listing, open house, offers and response, and closing.
That an offer was received the same day as the open house, on it's second day on the market, and subsequently accepted by me and consummated, speaks for itself. The home was priced right and the buyer satisfied with the listing price.
