I graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign with my Bachelors degree. While there, I juggled school, work, and service in the Illinois Air National Guard. I am proud to have served 10 years with that fine group of men and women in the Air Force. Like many of my colleagues, my former careers and experience have prepared me well for real estate. One of the things I loved about owning a high-end furniture store for several years as part of a family business was the entrepreneurial experience. The negotiating, customer service, and staging skills Ive developed while there are invaluable to my clients. Ive also done my fair share in the corporate world. As a Branch Manager for a large Regional bank for many years, Im familiar with financial matters, mortgages, and the nuances associated with the house buying process. I cant think of two better careers to complement my skills as Realtor. Ive saved the best for last, and that is my wonderful family. Eric Rasmussen did an amazing job selling our house. From the initial engagement and sales planning, Eric was extremely helpful guiding us on what we needed to do to the house to make sure it would have the right appearance to potential buyers, would sell fast and at the highest price. And just before listing Eric helped stage the house with additinal decor to further enhance the appearance, and dialed in the listing price. House sold in 24 hours.
