We used Larry to sell my mother's house 3-4 years ago. He knew the area well and told us to list the house 15% higher than we thought. The house sold in one day! Larry did a great job with my mom, who had the early signs of dementia. Fast forward to 2017. We chose Larry because he is a man of high character, knows Carmel like the back of his hand, and has a tremendous sales record. He flexed to my personality (need to understand all the details) and my wife's (was sentimental over selling the house our kids were raised). He listened and counseled us whenever the need arose. In the end, we sold our house in nine days and the closing went exceptionally well. The house was at the high end within our area, so this was not a slam dunk sale. We are grateful to Larry and his team for making this experience go so smoothly (and getting the price we wanted!).
