John posted our house after spending time with myself and my spouse, letting us know what our priorities for tweaking the property should focus on in order to best present the house to the market. He then took an entire morning and part of the afternoon taking photos of the house and property in order to get the best results for our home, he posted it later that evening and had our first open house the next day and the house sold about an hour into the open house. Could not expect a better result, we actually told him what we thought we should sell the house for and he suggested a higher amount and I am glad we listened to his advise because we would have lost out on that amount or more as is we made even more than we thought we would in the end...
