Tim was very courteous and went the extra mile to help me with my purchase. I was in the market for a home for my daughter and new son-in-law, being this would be their first home we obviously were not looking for a $1 million house. Tim‘s knowledge of the area was crucial in finding a great home in a good area with a good school system. Being a family man himself it was like he was in my head and knew exactly what we were looking for. He treated my daughter /son-in-law and myself as if we were buying $1 million house instead of a starter home. It was obvious that Tim loves his job and helping people. Tim was more concerned about getting us in the right house than of making commission for himself, definitely something rare today! From offer to closing Tim was very diligent and getting paperwork done correctly and in a timely manner. If you are looking for a realtor that will truly work for you Tim is your man!
