I was completely happy with the whole process from coming out prior to putting my house up for sale (giving me advice on what needed to be done prior to listing house) to his prompt responses any time I had a question. I am extremely happy with the amount that I received for my house. I feel that we received a maximum offer for the property that I had for sale. Alan Weems did a great job in explaining the entire process and always explained what to expect with each step. The photographer that he used did a really good job and the photos looked fantastic online.
I would recommend Alan Weems to anyone who ever needs a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent. I always felt like I was a top priority.
