Shopping for a home with Gracie was like searching with your best friend, but one with all of the pertinent knowledge needed in my decision making process. She was kind, patient, reliable and understanding of my needs and desires in searching for my first home and I always felt like she was looking out for my best interests. She met every challenge with a smile and can-do attitude and made the things that could have been difficult, easy and seam ess. Cora has been in the real estate industry for many years, associated for a long time with one of the leading brokers in the Indianapolis area. She currently is associated with one of the leading brokers in the Indianapolis area, The Brian Sanders Group. I know both Cora and Brian well, they are good people, they do good business. Most importantly, our sister, Kathy, whose house was in her estate, was a long time dear friend of Cora. If Kathy had been with us, there is little doubt in my mind that Cora would have been her "top choice" as her real estate agent. Association with Brian and Century 21 Scheetz was just "icing on the cake".
Kathy's home was sold with slightly under 48 hours on the market, slightly less than 2 days. It was purchased by Buyers who paid cash and wanted to close before or by the end of the month. Beautiful example of tapping into that "hidden market" of buyers who have seen everything out that and rejected, awaiting new listings. Show how important it is to price properly to market, price, of course, reflecting the location and condition of the market. Cora did a beautiful job of working with us on this, validated by Brian when he viewed first day on the market.
