Brittany was great to work with during this emotional process of selling my parents home of 50 years. She was very thorough when organizing the different contractors to do the needed work and keeping them on schedule, as well as communicating about the budget. She effectively managed me and my many breakdowns over the unexpected obstacles that came up when making improvements getting the house ready for listing. She was right by mine and my husband's side for support or to answer any question that came up as first time home sellers. Even days after closing she was still checking in to make sure everything had resolved as it should.
If we ever found ourselves or had friends/family in a position to buy or sell a house, we would definitely work with or recommend Brittany again.
