Roberta Hutchings did a wonderful job explaining to my father (82) what his options were and how his home was valued compared with other nearby properties. She came for many more appointments to explain and clarify difficult to understand information. She was in touch daily from the beginning of our interest in hiring her to handle this sale, all the way through the closing day. I don't know what we would have done if we had any other realtor. Roberta sets the bar extremely high. I will always want her to handle all of our family's real estate needs. I always highly recommend her to friends and acquaintances.
