Madison did such a great job representing me. She knew what I was looking for, and recommended a home for me that I was hesistant to see and actually ended up falling in love with and buying. She knew it would check all the boxes and be in a location I desired with great access to amenities my family would benefit from. I'm glad she knew the market better than I did and was able to help me secure my new home by offering advice and insight, and an added note on my offer to make me stand out when the seller received muktiple bids. She was even able to rush an appraiser for an expedited turnaround so my closing wasn't delayed.
