Teresa worked closely with me through the process of listing and selling my home after I had already relocated to another state. She provided guidance regarding what updates I should make before it was listed and a strategy for marketing it. After I moved, she continued to help coordinate additional repairs. Teresa was always available whenever I needed to communicate with her and took care of paperwork quickly. She also stayed in contact with agents for other interested parties and this allowed us to pivot quickly when the first buyer backed out. We lost almost no time securing another offer. Overall I was grateful for her experience and expertise as well as how quickly the house sold, especially since I was no longer living in the area.
