Prior to moving to Carmel in 1988, my family relocated 3 other times due to my husbands job transfers and career path. These experiences help me relate to transferees and their families as they encounter the obstacles in relocating to a new city. My positive approach to this very stressful and emotional time gives my clients a comfort level in knowing I, too, have had a similar experience. I currently reside in Westfield with my husband and enjoy spending time with my grand kids. This is our third home purchase in Carmel, IN, with Debbie Cassel. We have worked with real estate agents throughout the country through many corporate career relocations and into retirement. She is the most trustworthy real estate agent that has worked with us. However, her strongest skill is in helping negotiate excellent sales prices. In our recent real estate purchase, she helped us negotiate a sales contract that bank appraised well above the agreed price.
Debbie was extremely responsive to every question or need. She guided us through the entire process and provided excellent resource contacts, and she continues to provide more, even after the closing. This was critical since we were purchasing a property while still living in Florida.
Debbie provided excellent long distance communication. We handled everything by email and fax. It only required one trip to Carmel to make the home selection. The next trip was to complete the closing settlement.
