Dierdre was awesome and worked really hard to make sure we understood all aspects of the offer and went above and beyond to connect with the sellers realtor and find out what was important to the sellers. She also worked with the sellers realtor on the appraisal coming under the agreed offer amount and saved us $6,500 at closing.
