Given that this was our first house purchase, we really weren't sure about how to go about choosing a realtor. We searched around and decided to meet up with Donna. After our initial conversation, we knew that we were going to be extremely happy with deciding to go with her.
As mentioned, this was our first time building/buying a house. We really didn't know what we were doing most of the time. Donna clearly has an incredible level of expertise and goes way over and beyond other brokers (after doing some research and finding this out) and definitely did a great job in all of these areas. She attended all inspections and really helped out with negotiating. She also attended and was very helpful during closing!
We certainly did not expect to get a realtor that met all of the checked criteria above, and this goes without saying, Donna is definitely one of a kind! She went out of her way throughout the entire process to help us out and made sure we were very happy. And now, because of her, we are living in our dream home:)
We really only communicated with Donna, however I am sure the other staff there are great!:)
Donna made us feel very comfortable during the sales experience. As it was our first time doing this we were incredibly nervous. She was very attentive and made sure she explained every detail to us so that we understood everything. We could not have been more grateful for this.
