We spent 9 months working with Donna to find a home we could "flip". Through the process, she helped us write multiple offers (sometimes 4 offers on the same home) on multiple homes. She understood our goal to increase profit through home ownership. While we lost on other offers to other people with cash, more money, or shorter closing times, she worked hard to help us find a solution that worked for us. Through the process, our requirements on what we were open to changed and she helped us navigate those changes and helped improve our knowledge of how to navigate the next steps based on those changes.
