Born and raised in Southern California, Kim earned a B.A. in childhood studies from California State University, San Bernardino. However, she was always drawn to real estate and the aesthetics of a home, once she relocated to Zionsville, Indiana it was just a matter of time before she jumped back into real estate. Kim lives in Zionsville with her husband of 22 years (and former college sweetheart!), three sons, and a happily spoiled bulldog named Bean, (after Kobe “Bean” Bryant). She and her husband recently dropped their oldest son off at Purdue University and continue to keep busy at home with their Junior and Sophomore sons who attend Zionsville Community High School. She loves to unwind by shopping, lunching with friends, and volunteering at her church and sons' schools.
