Shane took excellent care with us, as we were working from out of state to sell my father's home...
He was extremely interested in getting to know us and learn about my father...
I think we all were a bit excited about the prospects of selling the house in Zionsville, as it is such a desirable location, so we tried pricing the house too high at the start, and eventually had to lower the price numerous times.... so that was disappointing, but the market and economy played a part, in my unprofessional opinion.....
We love Shane.... he stepped up to the plate for us by personally helping us with his sons, to move daddy's belongings to storage, plus at the very end emptied a backyard shed that still had items left inside... he supported getting us a landscaper for the property as well....
We look forward to visiting him again when we come back to town to visit my dad....
