When Sharla came over to meet me and see the house for the first time, I had just up ended a container of plastic toothpicks all over the kitchen floor. I opened the door for her to come inside and I told her what I had just done. She helped me pick up the toothpicks and right then and there I knew she was the agent for me. She was also very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She came prepared.
