I was licensed in Kentucky in 1982 as a sales associate. In 1984 I qualified for my Brokers License and managed my first office in Florence, Kentucky. In 1986 I passed my apprentice Auctioneers exam and over the next three years completed the requirements to become a Principal Auctioneer. Doug is VERY accomodating in meeting with me, as the seller. He met with me exactly at the time I mentioned and had everything completed and ready for my signature when he said he would. He has knowledge of the exact location of the property and is very familiar with farm land, that is why I chose him.
