Clayton was a delight to work with. I worked with him to purchase a home for my elderly parents. Because I live out of state, I wasn't familiar with the local utilities and had limited knowledge of the area. Clayton communicated very well, and in a timely manner. He helped me understand all of the paperwork, the process, the timelines, and gave me information on all of the utilities and how to set them up. All of his recommendations turned out to be very good. I'd recommend him to anyone and would gladly work with him again in the future....
