Beverly was wonderful to work with. She sold our house quickly and never allowed minor setbacks to become major frustrations for us. She consistently went above and beyond to get our house sold all while looking out for the best interests of us (the sellers) and her buyers. She was persistent, polite, and always straightforward regarding any issues that needed to be addressed. She guided us through the sales process from start to finish making it as stress-free as possible. She always provided us as much notice as she could prior to showing our home and even provided the buyers their final walkthrough on Christmas Eve so that we could stay on track for our closing date.
