We were being relocated to this immediate area and was using a part time realtor whom was unable to fulfill our needs. Contacted a 50 plus community, looking for a way to purchase a home in a very short period (3 days), and was referred to Karen on our second day in town. Karen met us within a 3 hours. Karen, based on description of what we wanted, had a few homes lined up to look at. At that time, she also would call other agents to get into homes immediately for additional homes found online. We was able to offer a contract on one home that evening!!! However, Karen did not stop there, she continued to show us homes just in case that home offer was not accepted for a back-up plan on our third day. Karen is an amazing agent and would go to extremes for her clients. Not only have we gained a realtor in this unknown area, we have also gained a friend. We are also investors and will continue to use Karen in the future.
