DeShawn and Yoshua Gentry was a big help. I told them that I want to sell my property as is with no work done. They informed I would losing over half of my customer because of FHA borrowers requirements. They came you with a plan it get my house done with just a little update. The contractors came out on time with reasonable price. Deshawn and Yoshua took time out there schedule to make sure contractors did they jobs because I moved out of town. I was able to sell my house with a FHA borrower and get above asking price. I’m very grateful for them it was a smooth transaction and a Great closing.
