We are so grateful for Judy Holland working around our schedules. And her keeping us up to date on people viewing the house and suggesting things that she felt would help us achieve selling the home in the time frame we desired. It felt good to know that she was handling things and we didn't have to worry about things. We will recommend her to any of our friends that are looking for a realtor. The other people who recommended her to us also were very pleased with the handling of their sales which made us decide when we needed to sale the house there was know one else we would even consider. We knew we wanted Judy from the moment we knew we had to sale the house. She was always available when we needed to talk and answered all emails and text quickly.
The yard sign went up within 15 minutes of us handling the paper work for the house to go up for sale. We were always notified of people viewing the house and their comments.
