We began our home search while living out of the area and DeLana showed us houses using FaceTime
to bridge the geographic gap. She went above and beyond to show us each and every house we showed interest in. After we decided on a house, she even gave us ideas and tips on how to make the home our home by adding personal touches. Although we hadn’t met her face to face, she made us feel like we weren’t just her clients but her friends.
Even after the sale, DeLana worked to help us integrate into the community. We are very happy to have worked with DeLana. Her extensive list of contracts within the community allowed her to answer, or get a quick answer, on all our questions as well as resource outside workers (inspectors, contractors, mortgage loan originators, etc - all with several options for us to choose from)....
