Channing & Tamara Sherman, Lake Charles, LA
We began the process of relocating to Lake Charles, LA from Charleston, SC in February 2022 with a realtor used by our family for a decade and became frustrated. We drove by a home, saw the CENTURY 21 Bessette Realty, Inc sign and left a voicemail on a Saturday. Thinking I would not get a callback until Monday, we continued our day. Within 30 minutes, Devin Smith returned my call and had a viewing set! After seeing the home in person we decided it would not fit our need. As we toured, we discussed the same things we said to the previous realtor and within four hours Devin sent us several listings that we had not found on our own or been told of. The decision was made - Devin worked circles around the other company so we went with him!
While we each has purchased homes before, Devin was very attentive to every step of the process and kept in contact almost daily. I have worked in sales and marketing for 20 years and I would say that Devin's level of professionalism is amongst very seasoned veteran. I es[pecially recommend Devin Smith to any first time home buyer that needs to be walked through the process as his attention to detail is impeccable. I recommend him to previous/current homeowners because he always goes the extra mile!...
